|                      A lifetime resident of
            Dallas
 County, Joe began carving
in 1972.  What started as a
hobby in his leisure time has
 now grown into a satisfying
 outlet for his talents.
Shero's carvings cover awide variety of North
 American waterfowl,
 raptors, gamebirds and
 songbirds.  Each piece is an
 original pattern created by
 the artist.  Grace, symmetry
 and life-like detail
 completes what appears to
 be a live bird.
Since spending some timein Ft. Sill, Oklahoma in
 1965, Joe and his wife
 have shared a special
 interest in Native American
 History.  This interest and
 extensive research led to a
 workshop with some
 members of the Cowboy
 Artists of America and a
 new series of Native
 American subjects.
 Available at present are
 two Eastern  Woodland
 warriors and an
 Apache maiden.
All artwork is in LimitedEdition, and all are signed,
 numbered and dated.  A
 Certificate of Authenticity
 comes with each sculpture.
